They are integrated, just in the subscriber only version of the game. Unless that version leaks again we won't be seeing updates to the three characters it covers.

If you subscribe you get key which has mod 6/20/24, Blueberry, Cotton, Caramel , guessing it was changed to work with new code in 0.20

poor people, old people with little rent, or with many children (Patchwork-families) ...
Sick people, disabled people, peoples who have little or no money of their own ...
for many people 5$ a month is way too much! they can't afford it. (for me too)

Yes, she can be like that ... I just haven't read anywhere where it's explained. Not even in Kleo where she explains the extinction of men. But that doesn't mean anything, because I don't understand much English.

It's implied during a talk with MC and his wife that they lost a child. I don't remember it exactly, this game's update cycle isn't very conducive to remember the small details.

which DLC ? in which version ?
I am not aware of any DLC (v0.16, v0.20) that shows such phenomena when installed correctly. This is also not possible, as such DLC does not manipulate any counters. It follows that you have done something wrong.
This means that your game is broken.
(To be on the safe side delete the path App/Roaming/RenPy/NekoParadiseV1)
Now, delete the game, download the latest version and reinstall everything.
