My computer configuration is i5-13490F 2.5GHz, RTX4060TI 8GB, 32GB memory 6000Mhz, with smooth and seamless special effects at full height, but the fan runs very fast. When I play other 3A games, I don't feel like it's that powerful either

If everything runs smoothly without freezes, then just have it cleaned and the thermal paste replaced.

I have downloaded the video-game along with the crack to unlock the Patreon rewards. Sadly for me, I've run into some issues :
1) from the beginning, I seem to be already in some sort of "God Mode" with invisibility to the enemies turned on along with an endless supply of ammunitions and no need to reload. How do I turn that off to enjoy the true gaming experience?
2) after several hours of testing, I can't seem to find any article of clothing like other players do. Are they hidden in some crates and I've simply been unlucky, or am I supposed to purchase / spawn them?

You can open console with a "~". Write there “help” and you will be shown a list of commands with explanations. If I remember correctly, you need to enable visibility mode.
About clothes, I don't know where people get them, except for three different starter sets, but with the same console commands you can give yourself clothes that are in the game

So the key left of the '1' key? It doesn't work for me for some reason. Tried both the US layout and my local layout.
EDIT: I am actually lacking in the mental department. There's a keybind for it in settings...

I had the dev version, but for whatever reason my keybind was 'F9' and not '~'.
I'm stuck on "complete the advanced trial" at the begging. I've completed it with S rank several times and the game refuses to progress that quest. Any help?

I had exactly the same issue. Here is how I "fixed" it :
1) complete the Advanced Trial
2) save your game while remaining inside the building
3) go back to the main menu
4) reload your save
5) leave the building
Sometimes it triggers immediately after loading the save, sometimes it does that after leaving the training facility. It's completely random. Same issue with the mutant boss creature in the sewers, but I haven't found a fix (yet).
But you missed the point.RPDL dudes are making torrents of what's in the first post. If there is a Preview version in the OP, then their torrent will also be a Preview. It's the same, nothing is updated, changed. They just do torrents, that's all.So you can't expect different version (Max) version from them.
Secret Survey was very close. Unity,TPS,zombies, monsters,scenes, preg system, lot of clothes,guns...but its a dead game.

My graphics card 4060ti, processor i5-13490, is running games with a fan spinning wildly?
It's not like this when playing 3A games
The problem may be in uncapped FPS. The game tries to milk your components.Try force Vsync/limit FPS.
