If I am not mistaken everything in the game is optional. I believe the choices allow you to continue the person's path or close said path.

So a couple things I could do in the last update but not the current, I was able to get the peeping blowjob at the clothing store, & then at the cafe stare at the ass, & now I can't do either? Only reason ik this is every time there's a new episode I have to skip through until the new episode on mobile because it doesn't save, it doesn't really matter, unless small stuff like that mean you miss out on more in later content, which would suck
