Ah, not yet!
We're now on v0.04.2 for people on Fanbox, and it'll go public this sunday. The next one (v0.04.3) will have a little more of Betty, and only after we go back to town with v0.05.0. I'll probably split the update in 2 parts at least, so the sleepover is coming in v0.05.1 most likely.

to simplify:
v0.04.2 - Betty
v0.04.3 - more Betty
v0.05.0 - neighbors
v0.05.1 - sleepover with neighbors

Depends on how much free time I get to work on them tbh (and also on how much stuff I keep on adding lol). But if I had to guess...

v0.04.2 - Betty - now (sep 29 for public release)
v0.04.3 - more Betty - late october/early november
v0.05.0 - neighbors - december
v0.05.1 - sleepover with neighbors - february at most, hopefully
